ABOUT KNAGGS GUITARS
Founded in 2009 by former head of PRS Private Stock Joe Knaggs and PRS Director of Sales and Marketing Peter Wolf, Knaggs Guitars is a premier American boutique brand known for high-end, hand-crafted instruments. Based in Greensboro, Maryland, the company features experienced ex-PRS luthiers producing original, artist-driven designs such as the Chesapeake and Influence series, with models named after Native North American rivers.
The company's mission is to create guitars that bridge the gap between classic vintage designs and modern innovation. Their instruments are known for exceptional natural resonance and sustain, often referred to by players as the "Knaggs ring". A key technical innovation is their patented bridge systems, such as the Chesapeake Trem and the Influence 2-in-1 bridge, designed to maximize vibrational transfer from the strings to the body.
